Donna is a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Her approach is client-centered and she is a good listener.
Donna has a BA degree from Carlow University in History and an MS degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University. She has specialized training and experience working with survivors of trauma, complex trauma, and PTSD. She is also trained in conflict resolution and mediation.
Donna is considerate of a person’s spiritual “self” and spiritual growth and how one’s theological perspective informs and provides strength to manage life’s difficulties.
Donna has experience facilitating groups including; Depression Group (ACT), Woman’s Trauma Group (Process), Understanding PTSD (Psychoeducational), Journaling, and Stress Management through the Arts and Meditation.
